One of the biggest benefits for me of using Observation Copilot has been the time that it has saved me in releasing or in typing up my instructional feedback. The actual process with Observation Copilot has alleviated that time that it takes for me to go back and look at which domain it's aligned to and making sure that I'm using the correct verbiage in our rubric. Observation Copilot has changed my teacher feedback process. When I go into an observation, I really spend the first 25 minutes writing up everything that I'm observing in the classroom and I just kind of write, write, write, and observe, observe, observe. Then I take everything that I documented and I put it into Observation Copilot and wait to receive the feedback with all the suggestions and the comments that they organized for me, which was great. It just has really good ideas for the teachers, especially those who are struggling. It helps my writing process, and my feedback process for the teachers. The writing that goes into it, it just expedites that pace - much quicker.

Observation Copilot has changed the way I give teachers feedback, because it's more specific. It gives more specific examples, and we're able to get to some meatier conversations quicker, because Observation Copilot brings back those pieces quickly for me, and I'm able to pull out the pieces that really support my teacher's feedback. I'm able to plug and play a lot of the pieces that in the past sometimes would take quite a bit of labor and quite a bit of time to thoughtfully give feedback to teachers.
