Developed by Robert J. Marzano and adapted by Dr. Beverly Carbaugh, this model applies the Marzano Focused framework specifically to non-classroom instructional support personnel - coaches, specialists, consultants, and other staff who support teaching and learning outside a direct classroom role. Published by Instructional Empowerment, Inc.
